Bioepurer is an automatic aerosolization disinfection system incorporating electronics and software with minimal human participation. It eradicates harmful diseases causing bacteria, viruses, fungus and other pathogenic microorganisms. No human foggers required.

The Technology

The Bioepurer system consists of the dry misting devices and the ready-to-use Brumoxim disinfectant agents. It has an effective ‘kill area’ of between 1m3 and 250m3 with an effective surface treatment of more than 99.99% reduction of all known infections. The amount of disinfectant agents used over a targeted area is controlled and optimized. This ensures maximum coverage with uniform and consistent treatment at all times.

How it works:

The disinfection operation begins with Brumoxim (a balanced mixture of peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, acetic acid and water) being released into the targeted space in the form of a dry mist with a particle size of 7-15 micron via the devices. Brumoxim is 100% biodegradable and non-corrosive. It is compliant to France Standard NFT-72-281 and the pharmaceutical standard software used in the French misting devices to control the misting operation is compliant to US FDA standard: 21 CFR Part 11.

Brumoxin destroys the biofilm and it complies with the French decree JO No. 275 (Sept 1999) so it is safe for use in the food production areas. It does not contain aldehydes, formaldehyde, metals and quaternary ammonium and there will not be any bioaccumulation with repeated treatment.

Since the SARS pandemic of 2003 and the frequent outbreaks of hand, foot and mouth disease (HFMD), the need for an effective disinfection solution to check the spread of infection is increasingly becoming more crucial, for example, HFMD in the vulnerable childcare centres and kindergartens.

The Bioepurer system has proven to be highly effective and reliable and is extensively deployed in very high human traffic and crowded environments like childcare, schools, hospitals, MRT trains, aircraft, cruise ships and points of entry like airports.
